SHIPPING FAQ

We offer TRACKABLE shipping domestically in the contiguous United States. Once the products are shipped from our warehouse, we will provide you with your tracking number.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all shipping times are currently delayed, and delivery times maybe longer than usual, up to 5 - 15 business days longer than the normal shipping times. We are running pre-orders across our store on all products to give enough time for production and delivery once we know the estimated order volume from our pre-orders. This way, our customers can receive their gear as soon as possible.

During all pre-orders, your orders will be processed as they come in and relayed over to our production teams. However items will not ship until after the pre-order period has ended, as pre-orders are for new drops which haven't yet had full production run times.

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries and location is not available at this time. We also do not ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

 

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

      After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

       

      PROCESSING TIME

      The standard order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.

      • If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

      ORDER STATUS

      • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates.

      • Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking to be updated.

      • We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.

      • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

      BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL ADDRESS

      If a package is going to a business/commercial address, it's required that a person's first and last name be in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.

       

      ORDER PAYMENT

      All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency​ means your home​ bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency​ from USD to local currency for you.

       

      SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

      When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

       

      ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

      We accept 2 hours​ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@vitalarmory.com.

      Please note that any request received after the 2 hour period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

      We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after the 2 hour period but we cannot guarantee cancellation. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
